wheaton collegeIn the summer of 2015, Wheaton College began looking for new ways to add to their admissions marketing communication mix. One desire was to help increase the prospect funnel with qualified leads beyond purchased lists and traditional outbound marketing methods. The second objective was to increase engagement and nurture leads already in the funnel. By adding content marketing with SearchRight they sought to enhance their content creation and lead nurturing capabilities. The ability of the SearchRight program to integrate many components into one platform was important, as it relieved internal admissions marketing staff of the need to outsource multiple elements.

Over the course of a year and a half, Wheaton College saw 1,455 prospects engage with Inbound in some way and 966 become marketing qualified prospects through multiple touch points and engagements in the Inbound process. Through the SearchRight program, qualified prospects converted from inquiry to application at a rate of 28.69%, an 88.75% increase over the NACCAP average of 15.2%. Prospect nurturing increased dramatically through thousands of action-specific follow-up emails based on digital behaviors including webpage views, form submissions and prospect scoring.

Corban University needed a coherent, compelling communications strategy for both undergraduate and graduate programs. C. Grant & Company performed audits of print communications materials, website messaging and competitor website messaging as well as conducting in-person interviews with students and staff to understand how the brand was being communicated internally and externally.

Faulkner_UniversityFaulkner University, a small Christian university in Montgomery, Alabama, needed a website that was enrollment focused—one that could impact admissions and provide clarity to their brand story. They wanted a site that was responsively designed (think mobile first), with an easy to use content management system that they could self-manage. C.Grant & Company brought our expertise in higher education marketing and website design as an able partner on this project.

C. Grant & Company researched, redesigned, and relaunched a custom WordPress website that has been well received by students, staff, alumni, and prospective students and families. The new site reflects the unique education opportunities of Faulkner University, and visitors are presented with a visually rich, enrollment focused website. Additionally, C. york-logoAs part of the York College 125th anniversary celebration, this established Christian college in York, Nebraska decided to embark on the creation of new identity and a brand  refreshening.  The C. Grant & Company team began by diving deep into research so that we could better understand the perspectives of the various constituent groups. After extensive discussions with the administrative leaders, focus groups with students and faculty, and results from an electronic survey, our team gained the insight needed to design the new logo, develop the messaging platform, and write a comprehensive identity manual. The evolution of this project is outlined step-by-step on our York College identity blog.

The final deliverable to the client was a new York College logo, detailed identity manual including messaging information and an engaging video that tells the story of the new logo. The video has attained nearly 60,000 views on YouTube.  A rich story.  A transformative college experience.

pbaAn easy to navigate website that incorporates responsive design is critical for all higher education institutions.  Back in 2010, Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBA) hired our firm to create a new website wireframe, along with design recommendations.  The website launch was a big success, also resulting in referrals to our agency form other Christian colleges.  Understanding the need to stay ahead of current website architectural and design trends, PBA came back to C.
