  • Developed and piloted new internet-based line of business, selling access to the training, regulatory, and manager support components of our intranet to healthcare customers too small to benefit from our core service offerings.
  • Initiated marketing programs at the $6 billion ServiceMaster corporate level, including new corporate branding and identity program, and new cross-selling programs with leading “sister” brands including Terminix, Tru-Green, Merry Maids, and ServiceMaster Clean.
  • Performed additional duties as requested by the President, including the development and launch of both a National Accounts sales program and a New Product Development department, serving as president of a $130 million clinical equipment insurance subsidiary, manager of corporate support call center, and corporate research laboratories.
  • Developed and implemented transition communications program to support the acquisition of Management Services by Aramark Corporation.
